Yes I wrote the generator, you can actually download it here:

FractalMadness.zip

Its written in Java, and there is no documentation except the README.txt inside the tar archive. The program was a quick hack. Note that you can zoom in on the fractals in the program by dragging a box, but I didn't write the code for drawing the box for efficiency reasons so you have to imagine it.

Note also since the program uses GNU JEL it needs to be installed

this also means that FractalMadness itself is GPL.

If I had the time, I'd like to re-write the program in c.
